It is nice finding that place where you can just go and relax after your workout so you can have a special talk with your baby.

Oh yes, it’s such a joyful time when we find out that we are pregnant. After all, it’s the fruit of you and your lover. Generally speaking, that is.

Take a look around us, there are single ladies wishing to raise their own children, without a partner. Or couples trying so hard to conceive a child with the assistance of modern medical technology.

No matter what or how, it is up to you who carry the baby inside you for a period of 9 months to build the bond between you two. It is the most intimate human experience. Yes, it is so real you can feel it every minute of the day.

And believe me, the baby can feel you as well, in other words, both of you influence each other in a very unique way.

So you probably heard of other moms-to-be or moms with babies reflecting on their daily ritual during their pregnancy. Talking to your baby before it arrives into this world is so personal and special.

Allow yourself time for finding that perfect place such as a cool green spot in a beautiful garden after your workout, the exercise should not be too hard or tiring, just enough to get you fit for the delivery of your baby.
